- Assists in the creation of effective marketing content and business communications utilized across a number of products and services, collateral materials and communications platforms
- Assists in developing marketing brochures, RFP responses, pitch materials, and other business development products
- Produces reports on a range of industry research and competitive intelligence gathering on behalf of clients
- Develops marketing materials including website content, practice descriptions and individual biographies
- Coordinates creation, production and distribution of a range of print and electronic mailings, including newsletters, e-alerts, invitations, etc.
- Assists with the development of industry survey submissions for legal directories and local/regional news outlets
- Supports a variety of public and media relations functions including the creation and maintenance of editorial and advertising calendars
- Responsible for managing social media programs and content creation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant marketing, journalism, corporate communications or business development experience a plus
- Preferred: Legal marketing, professional services marketing, nonprofit marketing and/or business writing experience
- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field
